Worst Seller in SA

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed two seperate orders on 25th of Arpil 2021. Received one order on 1 July 2021, after asking many times for it, order was totally wrong. I immediately let the Rozanne Hambley know that the order was wrong after waiting more that 40 business days for it. The second order still has not gone through processing. So, I asked for a refund for both orders. She asked for a photo, then radio silence for 5 days. Still have not heard from them after sending numerous messages on different platforms.
