Worst customer service and failure to adhere to timelines

Terrible service. Looking at the other reviews, I regret not looking them up prior to ordering. 30 day lead time, has turned into 60. They do not respond, make loads of empty promises when they eventually do, and when threatening to cancel the order, they just come with more empty promises. I am on the verge of going to their store and not leaving without my money back.
