Worse client service and multiple excuses!

Worse possible service i have experienced to date!. Ordered shoes online from them. After constant nagging on my end and them giving excuses i did not receive my shoes after 5 months. I requested a refund and still after a week it has not happened. When you send a message to them. You get flat out ignored!
