Very unhappy and disappointed customer

Bought a pair of shoes, gave the exact description of color. When I received my parcel more than a month after, the color was incorrect and the one shoe was stained. I have been in contact with the lady more for more than a week and she said that she will send a courier to collect, no one came and they are ignoring my Whatsapp messages. I am now in contact with consumer affairs as I have given them enough time to correct their mistake.
