Very dissatisfied, frustrated and furious with Laat die Voete Klap

Worst experience in a really long time. I ordered shoes in February and April. 5 pairs in total. Terms and conditions indicate a 30 working days period. I have not received one pair of shoes yet with constant lies and excuses followed by empty promises. They send out generic messages, do not answer when I call and just do not come to light with a refund or the products. Very unprofessional! The shoes were for my kids and birthdays of friend. My kids grow and it might not even fit anymore. My friends' birthdays have passed and I had no gift. I have spent so much time following up it is ridiculous.
