Very disappointed service ****

I am writing on behalf of my mom (Monica van den berg). We have exhausted all avenues to get either our shoes or money back. My mom placed an order in October 2023. Paid it in full. Up till today have not received anything. There is excuse after excuse of why she can not provide shoes. The shoe making machine is broken, she is sick in hospital, she only has one phone, she has no help etc. now we understand life happens and having your own business is not easy. However if you make a promise stick to it. If you can't cope with the work load stop advertising. I was promised a refund in the beginning of March, she has loaded the payment and will be in my account soon. Up to date no refund has reflected in my account. It is business like this that makes people hesitate to order and support local. To top it all off my mom has now been blocked from her social media and she doesn't answer her messages or calls. Don't make promises you know you can't keep. Do your self a favor and do not order from Laat die Voete klap. You will be very disappointed!
