unhappy

i have been waiting since 13 april 2021 for my order. they delivered and was the incorrect order the wednesday after mothers day after i had asked her to let me have them by mothers day for my mother as a gift. i had to pay before she would place the order. on the 7th May eventually i did receive the tracking number and i received the incorrect shoes. since then there has just been excuses during last week she said due to the fact that we in quarantine she cant send it. i told her i never had covid we just closed the school for precautions and the parcel was not even going to my house. so she said she has rerouted the parcel back to her. :( why i dont know. friday i asked her and she said she does not know if the office has sent it she will give me confirmation on monday 31 May and until now i do not know what is going on. she just does not answer my watsapps and really very unhappy. i would have bought more from her but i definately will not do that now. all i want is my correct shoes. the velvet type vellies. she does not stick to her word
