I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes in April 2024. Enquired on WhatsApp as to the status of my shoe delivery, and Bianca repeatedly promised on WhatsApp that they would be delivered shortly. It is now 2025 and nothing has been delivered. They are very active on Facebook and the like, showing new shoes and running promotions. This is a **** business and should be closed down.
