THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!

I am utterly disgusted in this business and how they go about running a business in the Afrikaans name.

Here follows the timeline of how it went: *25 July -order placed. *26 July -paid full amount. *30 July, 1 Aug, 6 Aug, 7 Aug, 12 Aug and 15 Aug - followed up on when I will receive my shoes, not a clear answer was given and multiple excuses. *19 Aug - received the shoes, but was too big and did not sit well. It was as if someone wore these shoes previously and was stretched out. I have sent photos and let them know I am unhappy and that I will send the shoes back and asked for a refund. *21 Aug- Followed up if they will do the refund, no one came back to me. *22 Aug - Contacted the lady again, with minimal feedback and none what so ever answers to if I can get a refund. *23 Aug - LDVK asked if they can make arrangements for the refund on Monday the 26th. *26 Aug - Followed up, no answer. *27 Aug - Followed up and send shoes back with Pudo on my own cost. The lady said she was sick and was unable to assist. *30 Aug - Followed up on the refund, they said the refund will be paid on Monday the 2nd of September. *2 Sept - No refund received, followed up once again. *3 Sept - Followed up again, no answer. *6 Sept- phoned the lady, she had an excuse that her husband that works in America's money will only be in her account on Monday the 9th. *9 Sept - Followed up, the lady said she will pay out of her own account. And that the shoes was sold to someone else. *10 Sept - Followed up once again. After fighting and heavy words were exchanged and telling her that I will be posting a bad review as this is not how a business should be run, the refund was finally paid into my account. But she kept R60 as she said it was for the couriers, which I paid out of my own pocket. Then she still had the audacity to tell me that it is not her fault that the shoes doesn't fit my feet and that there is nothing wrong with the shoes. I have proof that the shoes was way to big and stretched out like someone has worn it before.

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!!!!!!!
