Poor Service OK shoes

Very poor service, bought a special received one pair which was of poor quality. Paid for them to be returned and then promptly got ghosted. Telephone didn't get answered until it was a number not recognized. Was told they very busy will get back to me, they don't. No response to Whatsapp or Facebook. Eager to take your money but after that there is no service, no response. Shoes itself are not bad except they can't get wet not even a little. They stretch a lot. Sadly very pretty shoes but not worth the risk.
