Poor product and bad service, no refund

I placed my order ( 3 pairs of leather sandles) on 30 September via Whats app and made the payment on the same day! I waited 2 months for my order. When i received my order it was the wrong colour sandle, and the stiching of the sandles was awful.....i contacted " laat die voete klap" they made promises to send me new sandles.......its all a lie! I am still waiting on my new sandles! I spoke with the owner of the business and she keep on blaming the courier people.....she made a promise to refund me! I can not keep up with the lies.
