Poor communication and service.

Poor communication and service. Can't fulfill orders on time. I ordered a pair of shoes December 2021. Received them in February 2021. Sent them back because they were too big. Still waiting on a smaller size. They keep wanting to give me shoes in other colours that do not sell, and not what I ask for. Keep hearing "we are processing the order" "we are busy making the shoes"
