No customer service 😡

The order was placed and paid on 22 February 2024, and still, nothing was received, one excuse after the other. First, it was load-shedding, a transformer blew, the owner was in the hospital, and the child was in the hospital, the backlog of orders, then the courier company could not deliver (the shoes are ready and completed ) then they will make new shoes, they are waiting for new soles, the shoes will be ready in 2-3 weeks ( I have heard that 7 times). Requested a refund; only to receive more excuses. I am disgusted with LDVK.
