No Customer Service

Unfortunately, my experience was consistent with many of the other reviews.

The customer service I received was, without exaggeration, the worst I have encountered. Eight months have passed, and my order has still not been fulfilled. Throughout this time, I received inconsistent responses from Bianca. Each time I followed up, I was given a different explanation and reassured that my order would arrive by the end of the week—only for this pattern to repeat for months.

Rozanne eventually stepped in to assist, and while the parcel was finally delivered, it was still not what I originally ordered.

Although the shoes are of reasonable quality, the overall service experience and failure to fulfill my order correctly are unacceptable. As a result, I cannot recommend this company.
