Nightmare purchase!!!!!!!!

I have been wanting to order "Vellies" from LDVK for over a year, but one is always nervous about ordering from a company online, with not being sure if you will receive what was advertised and promised. I wish I had listened to my inner voice on this purchase aswell my experience with LDVK was an absolute nightmare. I ordered my shoes at the end of October 2023 firstly hoping to have them before my Mom left for New Zealand, as 1 pair was a gift to her. But I was informed that it would not be in time, so I thought well ok then I will give it to her as a Christmas Gift when she gets back. Plans changed and she was only going to go to NZ in January so I was then going to be able to give her her sandles for Christmas! But they never arrived and after following up numerous time getting one excuse after the other I was told that the factory is closed for December and I would have to wait until January. January came and I kept following up. Eventually after getting a private investigater involved, because now I was starting to think this is a ****, I was told that i would have to chooses a different style as the style I originally wanted would still take forever, reluctantly I gave them the benefit of the doubt and eventually chose 3 other styles. I was then informed that the 1 style is a bigger make and therefore I had to doen size by 1 size, which I did because surely the person selling these shoes knows the product and obviously I do not. Eventually on the 5th of March, after 4 months I received my parcel. And I must say only 1 pair looks satisfactory. The pair that I had to down size on (which by the way is my mon's gift) does not fit!! And the other pair is shaped oddly on the 1 shoe and to be honest I doubt whether I will wear them. I am not even prepared to exchange the pair that does not fit, as I do not ever want to deal with this unprofessional company and its staff again. So if you are planning in purchasing shoes from LDVK, be very careful and think twice!
