I have experienced atrocious service from this company. I put in and paid for shoes in Spetember 2023 and after all this time and numerous messages, calls and promises, have still not received my order. I asked for a refund, was promised it would be done this morning, still nothing in my account. These people are in over their heads with too few staff and incompetency as well.
