Klap die voete?

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in January 2024. I enquired about progress made in February and received only excuses. Enquired in March, again only received excuses like loadshedding being the problem. Made a comment on their FB page, received a promise that they will look into it. Are the ****ming people?
