Horrible service, Stay far away!!!!!!

Unfortunately the worst service ever. I ordered a pair of sandals for an elderly lady. I have been waiting since January until now, Mid April. I was absolutely willing to wait 30 days as stated in their adverti*****t. But since the 30 days, it's only been one excuse after another. Yet they post new specials every week. But cannot fulfill their current orders. Last communication was that my package was ready and would be sent out on Friday. It's Monday. No package, no tracking number, and no refund as requested. Not answering their Whatsapp messages or phone calls. I can not recommend this business to anyone at all. Keep your money and stay far away..
