Horrible service!!!!

I ordered shoes in October 2023 as gifts for Christmas. Was constantly promised that it will he sent the next week and when time comes it is again promised the next week. Eventually when I followed up again beginning of February they said there was a problem with the shoes I ordered and that I need to change my order. So I did. End of February I finally got the shoes. 2 out of the 4 pairs were too big (1 pair already sized down) I struggled to get my foot in and once in it is way too big. They said they will send me replacement pairs. I though wow that's amazing. June came still no shoes again. Then they told me the package has been sent but did not give me any info to track. After that radio silence. I understand if you are behind on orders. But you should never lie to your customers. Would really not recommend
