Extremely unsatisfied customer and a very rude company

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Laat die voete klap!!! Contacted them 2 months ago, July 2023, over WhatsApp, ordered 3 specials plain and Protea print. I paid for them when I order them in July now almost end of September and last week, 11 sept, they tell me my order is going to be pack and ready by Monday the 18th. Then on the 21st they let me know that the print I order 2 months ago is not in stock and that there’s a problem their supplier, I have explained to them that I have an event in the beginning of December. Now they tell me that my order won’t be ready till mid November, so I asked for my money back because I can’t wait for the last second for the order. Now I’m in a busy argument with this company over my refund them saying I can’t have because the shoes are order, but they haven’t been made and the plain shoes didn’t have to make them or size them. Honestly I do not recommend this company, they are not organised the lady I spoke with is utterly rude and disrespectful towards her clients and apparently don’t know how to communicate with an issue. Don’t give yourself stress and just take my advice and don’t use this company, Because I’m not the only one this has happened to.
