EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CLIENT

I only marked a star, for it will not allow me to write a review without one, which is what i want to give. One cannot review a service if there isnt any? o so here is my story......i ordered 2 pairs of shoes which was on sale ïmmediately" avaiable. I did payment and given cofirmation the parcel will be send 2 days later....which of course did not happen otherwise i would not been writing this. Never the less, after many many messages, of whih soem was very unproffesional from their side..."people like me" complaining, takeing food out their mouths!!! 2 weeks later i received my parcel (courier lost it and they change courier service....lol...still Courier Guy who delivered) only to find the one pair shoes, the buckle was hanging on a thread.....cannot wear as it will break off.....i have reported it......but of course this might take another 2-3 weeks.....REALLY I WILL NOT REFER....VERY VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT...."People like me...are the people interested in buying your product...otherwise we would not have ordered? Why must one go through all this to get service, i am sue if you take more care of customer service, you would have much more business.... you have an excellent product here....so please listen to your clients if they have complaints.....
