Do not order shoes from Laat die voete klap, you will regret it

!!! STAY AWAY!!! Worst experience ever. It's now past 40 working days and I still don't have any shoes or answers based on my outstanding R9420 order which was paid on placement of the order. You either get ignored or it's one fabricated lie after the other. What upsets me most is seeing how many other people this is also happening to. If there are valid reasons for delays etc one should atleast be updated accordingly. I have been told how many times that my package was sent with no proof, when I ask for the waybill or tracking number, there is no response. Yet they continue to advertise and take in more orders, once you pay, all goes south. The Consumers' Law, article 19, clearly states the rights of customers/consumers in these cases. Irregardless of their "in house" terms and conditions. I have now seeked legal aid in this matter. I really hope everyone else does proper research and consideration before falling victim to their devious ****s.
