Bad service

Would not recommend. I bought a pair of vellies, the insoles were bumpy and the stitching only caught some places. Ordered a pair of navy vellies and received a completely different colour. When I enquired about it, it took 4 days for a response. I was told that the correct pair will be sent out on the 1st of December, nothing received till now. When I enquired again I was told that it will be delivered during the week. When I asked for a tracking number, I was ignored. The after-sale care is terrible to say the least and the product is sub-standard. I will not be purchasing from them again
