Bad Service

Did order 2 pair if shoes. On their recomsdation, did take one size smaller. When I received it, it did not fit. I send it back, they Recieve it 2nd September. After 3 weeks, did asked about my shoes, and they told me, it's in production. I did complain on their Fbook page, and the they block me to wrigh any comments. On 12 November, did Recieve the 2 pair of shoes. The one pair, laces are not same length. The one lace fitting are not even pressed to fit. I let them know... They told me they will collect it and send me another pair... After 4 days, nothing happened.... I asked again, and they told me again... They gonno collect it..... Till today, nothing happened... So, this is not even a busniss to deal with......
