Almost 3 months since ordering

3rd time ordering first order was received within the 30 day period 2nd order was not within the 30 day period and was told that it was a once off delay. I ordered again on 7 Aug and still to date (4 Nov) have not received the order. Will not be ordering again and will not encourage anyone to order
