Advice based on experience - STAY AWAY!

I ordered and paid for my shoes. They have a turnaround time for shoes of 30 working days, which was fine as it meant I would receive my shoes in time for a wedding that I was attending as a brides****

When it was time to receive my shoes and I enquired when delivery would be I was very casually informed that there is a delay in the production. Never mind that my whole outfit (as a brides****) was planned around the shoes that I was expecting. No-one even had the decency to let me know that there was a problem with the production line and that I wouldn’t get my shoes in time! Customer service? Definitely not!

After I tell them I am not happy I get promised that I will receive at least 1 of the pairs that week. But when I ask for the tracking number, I get totally ignored. No-one answers any of my WhatsApp’s and when I phone them my calls don’t get answered.

Then eventually someone else from their offices contact me saying that she hears I am apparently unhappy with my purchase. I don’t know how I can be unhappy with a purchase I never even received….

She then promises she will get back to me the following week and let me know what is happening, which I except even though I am not happy. She then checks and promises me that I will have my shoes by the end of the week. And needless to say, here I am - still without the products I paid for 2 months later.

The cracker of it all is I once again had to phone and ask where my shoes are. The last lady I dealt with got flu, and she forgot about me.

I am not a monster or unreasonable person, and do understand people get sick, but somewhere in the process the customer also needs to matter. I have had absolutely no customer service from them, and when I voice it I get nothing but attitude.

On the photos their shoes are stunning, but definitely not worth the struggle of actually getting the products that you paid for.

I wished I rather used one of the other suppliers that my friends had used for their brides**** shoes - as none of them had any problems.

Please think twice before using them.
