30Days Deliver more like 3 month +

So far my experience has being horrible and I can't even review the product because there is no product for me to review.. I've placed my order in December 2023 AND PAID for it as a birthday gift in January, we are approaching April 2024 now , way past their 30 DAYS delivery policy they make you agree to when you place your order. There is absolute no communication from their side about how long your product is going to take, are they busy making it, are they busy packing it, are they even working on your product. According to the Consumer protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) "LATE DELIVERIES IN SOUTH AFRICA IS UNACCEPTABLE. SUPPLIERS MUST DELIVER GOODS ON THE AGREED TIME, DATE AND PLACE." So I AGREED to 30 WORKING Days - which is way past that and I'm still waiting. So where to from now and what to do. So at this moment it can be seen as a ***** case since I've paid for a product which I've never received on the agreed time. Won't recommend this company to anyone.
