2 MONTH'S AFTER ORDERING AND PAYMENT, NO SHOES RECEIVED!!!

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them on the 3 May 2022. In three days it will be 2 MONTHS since I ordered and I still have not received the shoes. Together with shipping cost I paid R1160.00. When I try to phone them they don't answer and initially they did not give me any feedback on why my order is late. After numerous attempted phone calls and whatsapp's 43 working days after my order, I was told that there is a problem with the supplier. Why they could not tell me this in the first place, I do not know. They then suggested on the 24th of June that they will refund me my money. My order total was R1160.00. On the 29th of June I phoned several times without answer and sent numerous whatsapp's. They then informed me that they would refund me the same day. However I only received a refund on the 30th, which is today, for R460.00. This is ridiculous!!! R700.00 less than my order total!! I did sent proof of payment to them when I placed the order and again today!! I really tried to be patient with them and give them the benefit of the doubt but this is totally unacceptable!! I'm all for supporting the smaller local businesses but I will never buy from them again and I will advise everyone else to do the same!!!
