Sub standard products

Very disappointed with Laakhi. Been a loyal customer for ages. Stocked up on shampoo & conditioner at Black Friday sale. (3 sets at well over R1000). Just opened a new bottle earlier this month and the conditioner lacks ALL oils. It has no smell and leaves my hair dry & unruly. Obviously a manufacturer error. Emailed Laakhi haircare and they said sorry, can’t do anything as it’s past 30days! I’m not looking for a refund. I’m looking for my sub standard products to be exchanged. It does not contain the ingredients listed on the bottle & this amounts to false advertising. Love supporting small business, and always willing to pay premium, but not when the response to inferior manufacturing is this. Rather stick to Kerastase and the likes. Same price range but obviously more professional to deal with issues like these. Very poor Laakhi!
