Paying for something you can't use

Zero Star.....you pay for a product that you can not use. Customer service what customer service.. Company is based in Namibia but you can send email with queries they only replay with company profile, email them with your complaint they send you company profile you phone the number they answer ones ask you what is the problem you report it and there after the number goes unanswered. Paying for something i can not use. Will not recommend to any one..
