LaWiida lodge housekeeping staff is highly not trusted

I went to attend a workshop to La'WiiDA lodge on the 20-21 September 2023. The place is beautiful and the scenary is amazing. However the housekeeping services was disappointed to the core. One of the cleaning staff stole my jacket in the closet in the chalet that I slept in. This is highly unprofessional for staff *****ing valuables for guests. I phoned the reception but I did not get joy as the matter took two days to be investigated and nothing was found. I was told that the staff is trained not to take valuables but mine was an exceptional I guess. This is so highly disappointing for a good lodge like LaWiida. The incident makes me not to recommend anyone to book in this lodge as their staff are not loyal - *******
