LA VUE FLOATING RESTAURANT DE*****ED ME!

**********!!! These people made me pay when I made my booking when they knew they were closed the day of my booking. Even confirmed my booking the day before. When I found them closed on the day, I went back the next day and found them open. Asked them to refund me and it's been 2 weeks now they keep lying saying my refund was processed and they'll send me proof of payment. My money has not reflected. DO NOT GO TO LA VUE! DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU GO THERE! The place isn't even as nice as they show in pictures!They are **********. They don't answer their calls, they don't respond to my emails because they know they de*****ed me of my money!
