impressed with thw treatment

We made a booking through an agent who messed up the booking and when we arrived at the venue, the owner was so pleasant He went the extra mile to accommodate us , He catered to us and made sure we were comfortable through out our stay. I have not experienced such hospitality in ages it felt good to know that there are still people who are that committed to giving excellent service.
