La Vogue Properties does not do credit checks on tenants, adversely affecting landlords

I used La Vogue Properties to find me a tenant and manage them. Nina, the owner and principal of the business, did not do credit checks on the tenants. She placed in my house tenants who are heavily indebted and without stable income. Tenants has been struggling to pay rent and utilities. The estate manager now does not want to take accountability for the bad tenant. I now sit with a problematic tenant. If you are in the Pretoria area, please avoid using the services of La Vogue Properties if you are selling or renting your property. They do not have proper systems and processes for running a property business.
