WORST SERVICE EVER!

What absolutely revolting customer service. I sent an enquiry via whatsapp about a couples special they were offering and was met with such hostility, There was no polite greeting, when I asked if they had something similar for one person I got told "no!" and then when I complained about the service I got sent a special for 1 person that was available, so I was in fact **** to. I was not rude to this person, I greeted politely and asked numerous questions. All my questions were answered with yes or no, no explanation no assistance! I complained to their head office who tried to call, I was away from my desk, they told my assistant they would call back in an hour, 2 hours later I emailed to inform them I was leaving my desk and gave them my personal number to contact me, only for them to call back on my landline and then proceed to give me attitude saying they called TWICE! A spa is supposed to be a relaxing experience from start to finish, well this start just finished my relationship with them!
