Pathetic service

An awful experience at the la vita spa riviera - seapoint, took the package with costed R1000 that comes with a meal, felt the massage was rushed and only selling their products while masaging which was not professional. Sauna was not working and the shower stank like someone urinated in it and had no shower gel, waited for more than 2 hours has massage started at 1 and still never received my food until 3.30pm, asked for the manager but apparently they were busy in some team building, they called me back after several times that I tried to contact them, to offer me a refund of R2000 bare in mind I paid them R1000, I missed my boat cruise which costed 1220 also note there is no management in cape town but only in Durban as I was told my food is being ordered from someone sitting in Durban.
