Disappointed

I booked a mother and daughter bonding session at LA vita at cote da azur and it was a complete disaster. They started off really nice there were only two of them Neo and tsha (not to sure on spelling) but anyway so we started with the aromatherapy massage and a few minutes in someone was at reception and the ladies left to deal with the customer. They then returned without even apologizing and continued the massage. It was very painful and unlike anything I had ever experienced. I told her it was painful and she went a bit softer and then back to hurting me and mom had the same issue. Then we got to the facial where the steam was so hot that it burnt mom and I had to turn away from the steam while ladies went to answer the phone. They then returned and did the extraction, then they put the face mask on and covered our eyes with a tissue and left the mask on and did the pedi, they didn't ask how we liked it done and we couldn't see, they then proceeded to mani and same thing at the end of it when we saw the results we were furious our toes had been cut so short they were bleeding.. The feet had dry skin everywhere.. And the nails on our hands were so squew it looked as if we had bit them.. For the price we paid I am extremely disappointed by this experience and would never recommend this spa to anyone. This needs to be severely dealt with.
