NON DELIVERY OF TRAILER AFTER PAYING 70% DEPOSIT

I ordered a trailer on the 26th January 2015. I paid a 70% (R8855.00) deposit for delivery approximately 2 weeks later. After numerous phone calls, and visits I was told different stories as to why the trailer had not been made. All the stories contradicted one another.<br> <br> I managed to secure a trailer from them, not to my specs, to borrow. No spare wheel (it was ****** the night before?) At least I now had something!<br> <br> I then lodged a demand for them to deliver or I would go to the small claims court. <br> <br> On the 9th April 2015 after being sworn at and out of desperation I managed to secure the borrowed trailer (which is not to my spec) so at least I didn't loose my deposit.<br> <br> They are ***** and cheats and I would not recommend anyone to have anything to do with LA Trailers. They are not trustworthy.
