Mothers Day Spoilt

We arrived for Monthers day breakfast on Sunday 9 May, to a full restaurant. We placed our orders about 20 minute after arrival, but at 11.15 having not yet eaten we asked about status of our order. We hadnt seen a waiter delivering food or even checking up on us for more than half an hour. We had to go to the kitchen to find someone to ask and were told they hadnt started on our order yet. We were told they had many tables to serve ... It is Mothers Day, and all tables were reserved sowhy did they not plan kitchen staff and waiters for the confirmed number. We paid for our tea's and left without having eaten. We found another restaurant and this time ate lunch within an hour. Furthermore, there is a wheelchair entrance from the parking lot at the back, with only access to the "garden" area, but two lots of stairs to otherwise navigate to get near the door or inside the restaurant. It is impossible to reach the toilets for a wheelchair customer. We had an elderly person in a wheelchair, so this added to the experience. Sorry, we wont go back.
