Pathetic service from La Senza

I wrote to La senza via Facebook on the 9th of June 2017 to express my absolute disstisfaction with La Senza's quality of bras. I disclosed that I am a loyal customer, and explained that I had purchased 2 bras from Cresta Mall and to my dissapointment, both bras were of poor quality (which I thought is something that La Senza prides themselves in). Both bras deteriorated very quickly from the time I purchased them and I sent pictures to prove this. To my suprise, they responded later that afternoon and explained that they would like to review my concerns further and may share the details with their Quality Assurance Team. They also asked that I provide them with the date of purchase, receipt barcode number and style and collection (how ridiculous). I rep**** informing them that I dont have the receipt as I purchased the items a few months ago (who keeps receipts for longer than a month anyway?-especially if you dont think you would need to keep it because you may have issues with the items you've purchased). i then provided them with my Full name and contact details. They thanked me and assured me that someone will be in touch with me in the next 24-72 hours. A lady (we'll call her Sally - in the interest of protecting her identity) called me the next day informing me that I can go to the nearest store to do an exchange on my bras. I went to Sandton the very next day, which was actually out of my way considering I live close to JHB CBD, only to get there and find out that the Store manager did not have codes to do an exchange. She also indirectly tried to blame me for the condition that they were in, in saying that it depends how you wash them. I was furious. I let it slide and was assured that the Store manager of La Senza Sandton would retrieve the codes and will be able to do the exchange the following day. I returned the following day only to find out that nothing had been done. By this time, I have made 2 wasted trips to the store at my expense! My Petrol! Since then, i have been liaising with "Sally", texting and following up with whats happening. Last week I informed her that I am no longer settling for an exchange on the bras and need compensation for wasting my time and my money, so she offered me a measly R450 voucher (Considering I spent over R600 on the bras) to pick up from the store nearest to me. I have still not heard back from her in terms of whether my voucher is ready for collection. I am sick and tired of running after this company. It is not my responsibility as the customer to be constantly following up on something that should have clearly been resolved a month ago. A whole month has gone by and nothing has been done. This is unacceptable and clearly shows how little they value customers. Also, regarding the quality of their products - they should inform people that they have a lifespan and stop falsely advertising.
