False information

<p>On the 31st of December I bought a pair of dark red stay up stockings from La Senza in the Waterfront. I wanted the matching suspender belt to go with it but they didn't have it in the same colour. They told me they would come into stock between mid January and before Valentine's Day and advised me to buy the stockings so long. During the past month I've made a few trips between the La Senza in Cavendish, Canal Walk and Waterfront to check if they've come in stock and they didn't. Now that Valentine's Day has passed, the day I wanted it for, I don't want it anymore and went to the Cavendish store to return the stockings as they're no use to me without the belt. The lady in the store told me they can't refund me for the stockings. They have been unopened and stored in my cupboard since the day I bought them. I don't think it's fair that they wasted my time by giving me false information and now won't let me return the stockings. I would not have bought the stockings when I did if they hadn't told me the garter belt would be in stock before Valentine's Day. The stockings weren't cheap and I'm extremely disappointed that a store could waste my time like this.</p>
