CANT WEAR MY BRA'S

Since La Senza came to this country I have been buying all my underwear from them.<br> I recently purchased 5 new bra's that are front fastening. I absolutely love them, but at the back of the strap are two very uncomfortable hooks for the bra to change from a cross over or halter neck etc.....these have rubbed my back raw.<br> <br> I have tried hand washing them in soft soaps so soften them...but alas nothing has helped.<br> <br> Please can a supplier contact me as to what I do about my beautiful bra's that I can no longer wear.<br> <br>
