La Rouge Guestfarm Experience

I attended a wedding on the 2nd of December and was very disappointed with the service we received from the owners. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was lovely but the owners were extremely rude towards the guests and even the bride. They ruined the day for the bride who had to deal with very bad weather conditions (every bride's nightmare) and instead of trying to assist they were very disrespectful and did not care about their paying customers. At breaksfast they did not greet their guests and was extremely rude when asked for assistance. Me and my entire family will never recommend this beautiful venue to anyone which is an absolute shame because it is really a hidden gem. But with the service given to the bride and family they made the experience something to regret and not look back on with fond memories. They also attack people on social media when they give an honest review about their experience which in my view is extremely unproffessional.
