Poor Service

We try new restuarants and staying over at Time Square gave us an opportunity to try a different Mexican restaurant - La Rosa. You are greeted with enthusiasm and this heightens ones expectations. The food wasn't something to shout about but the service was poor. We ordered ****tails and had a started. I ordered a burrito but this took forever and after another round of drinks still no food. Despite the repeated assurances from the waiter I called the manager. Then in a few minutes my food arrived after almost 30 minutes. Sad was other guests arrived after us and got their food before. Disappointing experience.
