Bad service from waiters, managers and being ignored

<p>On the 4th of Jan myself and my group of friends booked a dinner table at La Rosa Mexican Grille and Tequileria in Rock Cottage, recently taken over from Salvatore in the West Rand. the 5 of us got there and our table was booked upstairs, we waiting a long while to even get a drink and evetually when we do get our drinks, we decided to order main meals instead of starters, we get told by the waiter that we cannot order main meals upstairs and got to wait untila table is clear down staits to order mains there, we then asked the waieter to call the manager for us so we could order the mains whilst we sit upstairs surely this could not a disruption for them, we literally waited 35 minutes for the manager to come see and that was only when we goot up to leave as by this time we where hungry, whilst we waited in this 35mins to be asissted we saw 2 other peopple upstairs ordering main meals and it was delivered to them, other tables got mecian hats and nice plants for their table and we where never asked are we ok, so we need anything, we where totally ignored the entire time by the managers and waiters, we lwft dissapointed, angry, starving and with a sense that we where unwanted there.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
