La Rosa Suncoast - extremely distasteful

Brand new restaurant La Rosa leaves a distasteful image

I simply can not wrap my head around the absolute disregard this restaurant has for its patrons. Firstly you wait 30-40 minutes to get a table of which you can clearly see the numerous available seats. Once you are seated, you wait a further 15-20 minutes to get acknowledged by a waitor. You order and then guess what 60 minutes down the line you are still awaiting your meal. My patience ran thin and I approached management who then guaranteed improved service. Yes , even after this we attempted to order more beverages and food , 20 minutes down the line still could not even receive a glass of water. Mind you I have seen this drinks order at the bar the entire 15 minutes. Absolutely poor service and it has been one of the most awful experiences. I will not return and I suggest you go atleast 2 hours early if you want to have a meal as well as drinks. This was no even at their full capacity.

It's rather unfortunate that in this day and age service is still such a massive problem.
