LA ROCHELLE BLOEMISTE Dishonest and Profit Hungry (WORST CLIENT SERVICE)

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the services provided by LA ROCHELLE BLOEMISTE in Vryburg. As a consumer, I am deeply concerned about the dishonesty, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by this establishment.

On February 13th, 2024, I contacted LA ROCHELLE BLOEMISTE to place an order for red roses, specifically requesting a delivery on February 15th, 2024. I was quoted a price of R55 for one red rose and agreed to purchase R500 worth of red roses for a special occasion. However, upon speaking with Betty, the individual assisting me, I was informed that I could only receive R400 worth of red roses due to additional expenses, including delivery fees.

To my dismay, on the morning of February 15th, 2024, I was informed that LA ROCHELLE BLOEMISTE had run out of the red roses I had ordered due to Valentine’s Day rush. Instead of promptly notifying me of this issue, Betty suggested delivering a mixed bunch of flowers without providing any visual reference. When I requested a picture of the proposed arrangement, Betty redirected me to the business owner, Karin, claiming she was unable to assist further.

After not receiving the promised callback from Karin by midday, I expressed my frustration via WhatsApp and requested a refund. Despite my attempts to communicate, my concerns were dismissed, and I was met with resistance. Karin, the owner, asserted that the order placed was for a different arrangement than I had requested, contradicting Betty’s earlier admission of product unavailability.

This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and adherence to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa is unacceptable. LA ROCHELLE BLOEMISTE has demonstrated a pattern of unprofessionalism, unreliability, and dishonesty. By prioritizing profit over service quality and customer preferences, they have failed to meet basic standards of accountability and integrity.

I caution all consumers to exercise caution when considering LA ROCHELLE BLOEMISTE for their floral needs. My experience with this establishment has been disappointing, and I urge others to seek reputable florists who prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
