Used to be a fan, not anymore.

I usually go to La Rocca in Canal Walk because despite how slow their service is, their food is always delicious and fresh, well not this time around. This happened 03/11/2019.

My husband and I get there, we wait 15 minutes for someone to take our order. When they eventually did, the waitress comes back 30 minutes later to tell us that the kitchen messed up our starter but our main is ready. I told her to bring whatever is ready. When my husband received his chicken burger, the bread bun was crumbling apart already as it was old and the chicken on his bun was so overcooked that it was chewy and tough. The chicken was bland too. I ordered a wrap which was delicious and fresh so I had no complaints with my food. The starter eventually arrived when I was done. The calamari was so salty I couldn't eat more than one piece. I then let the waitress know and she says "that's the spice, its supposed to taste like that.". Now I've eaten here many times before and the calamari is never that salty. They never even deveined the calamari. I then let her know about my husbands burger and all she says is "Oh.".

I'm appalled at the lack of customer service and the quality of the food. If I wanted this level of service I would've gone to a drive through.
