Pathetic Service at La Rocca Canal Walk

The most awful pathetic service ever. I telephonically order 2 pizzas at 14h40. I am informed rhe pizzas will be available dor collection in 16 mins. I arrive at 15h00 onky to be told it will be ready at 15h30. Then i am told that they are confusing my order with another order. Then as I am about to pay I query how long i have to wait. I am told that the 1 pizza is in the oven... But no time is confirmed. And then the person attending to my order gets all irritated ( as i refuse to pay until i am answered ) and slams the card payment device on the counter.. What **** attitude and service.. Im never ever going there again.... Pathetic!!!!!!
