LA Rocca canal walk

I work within the canal walk area and usually purchase my coffee, breakfast and lunch within the mall and surrounding area..mostly at mugg and bean and the Good batch..about 2 weeks ago I was informed that the good batch was closing, it was such a sad moment as for the past 9 months I was 1 of their regular clients for their famous Mochas, lattes and cuppacinos..my college recommendation Larocca as they usually purchase breakfast from them.. So I decided to give la Rocca a try.. Everyday for the last 14 days I purchased cuppicinos, breakfast as well as our lunch for myself and my colleges.. On Wednesday the 12th Aug 2020, I went in as usual and as we are informed always to sanitize before entering I tapped my foot on the unit at the front to sanitize my hands, the substance that came out dripped on my new shoes that I had just purchased and left a stain on my shoe. The next morning I made my way again to LA Rocca for my morning ritual of coffee for myself and my college.. Tapped on the unit in the front and a large amount fell on my new leather shoes leaving a massive stain on the left as well as droplets on the right of my shoe.. It was time to start work so i didn't pay much attention.. During the day my college pointed out what my shoe looked like as well as a stain on my new coat also just purchased last week .. I immediately phoned larocca and spoke to the manager Nancy. Nancy advised that I come to the restaurant so that she can have a look at my shoe and see what could be done about the situation.. She then informed me that they use to dilute the substance but clients complained that it was to weak.. I then asked if that was bleach as only bleach could stain as their sanitizer did.. I got no answer.. I also mentioned that I work in the retail industry and that I use sanitizer every 5 minutes and different types and this has not happened before . She then mentioned that I should've used the sanitizer by the coffee bar.. Wow I was lost for words at that moment, because their waiters are trained and as we know to sanitize before entering any resturant or store... just the day before I had lunch at LA Rocca and the first thing the waiter said before I was seated was to sanitize my hands.. . Nancy then took my details and said that the owner would contact me the same day.. At about 4pm the same day I called Nancy again and informed her that the owner did not call me.. Up until today I have received no communication from the owner or anyone els from Larocco canal walk.. I am extremely disappointed.. Any female or person that had just purchased their shoes or coat would be upset and disappointed.. Larocca canal walk should put a sign up informing the clients of the type of substance that they are using for sanitizer.. Not at any other store have I experienced this and I travel from mall to mall on a weekly basis.. It is only fair that they replace what their product has damaged!
